A visual look at Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand, Rooftops, Sunsets, Cocktails

A picture speak a thousand words, so for this edition of our Bangkok blog we are going for a visual effect. We have visited 5 amazing rooftop bars to enjoy the beautiful Bangkok sunset and teamed up with a talented photographer who you can all follow on Instagram by the name of @chanapak.p – Together we have created a cascade of photos for you to enjoy the very best of Bangkok. So sit back and enjoy the views and get inspiration for your pick of rooftops the next time you visit this amazing city.

The first bar is the Red Sky Bar located on the 57th floor of the Centara Grand at Central World in Siam. Check out their site for more info here.

The second bar, Cru Champagne, is conveniently located two floors above Red Sky on the 59th floor! For the extra two floors, be prepared to pay just that little more for spectacular views of the city with a more premium selection of drinks, including of course, champagne!

Hi-So Sofitel in the Sathorn area of the city, boasts a two-floor rooftop terrace. Glorious cocktails and food. To see more click here.

Muse BKK, a 1920s themed hotel with a two-floor rooftop bar, Speakeasy. Both staff and decor set you up to feel like you are in the 1920s.

Finally, we come to the King Power Mahanakhon. The latest skyscraper to open in the Silom area of Bangkok. It soars to a great 314m, making it the tallest viewing gallery in the city. Furthermore, it has a rooftop bar located on the lower top deck, serving soft drinks and cocktails (with no plastic straws!), making it our favourite spot in town. Below you will see a gallery of stunning images captured by @chanapak.p (for more great images of Bangkok and more check out his page on Instagram and start following).
